ServiSolutions has updated its delivery requirements for loans involving Community Seconds, Shared-Equity/Deed-Restricted, and Community Land Trust transactions. The following documents are no longer required:

• ServiSolutions Form – Deed Restricted Property and Secondary Financing Certification of Eligibility
• Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac Community Seconds Checklist
• Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac Community Land Trust Checklist

Please note that the Notification of Income-Based Deed Restriction/CLT form remains a required document.

Loan Delivery Checklists have been revised accordingly and are now available on the AllRegs site. These changes are effective immediately.
