1099s

Your 1099-NECs have been filed with the Internal Revenue Service on the Federal level. For States, we are filing a copy with the PA Department of Revenue for PA residents. Please note, if you had real estate transactions outside of PA or reside outside of PA, you may have other state and local income tax filing requirements when preparing your tax return. Please consult with your tax advisor.

You should receive your 1099 in the mail to your home address.
