This two-part workshop will be held in-person at a garden setting in Mission Viejo. Subject matter will be plants. Week one will focus on quick sketching, composition, and mood, and week two will focus on value and color. A supplies list will be provided. Non-members $100 / $50 LOCA members.

LOCA is collaborating with Laguna Plein Air Painters Association (LPAPA) in presenting virtual paint togethers. The first is taught by Lisa Skelly, co-owner of the Huse Skelly Fine Art Gallery. Working on-location, Skelly will demonstrate, step-by-step, how to beautifully render trees using vibrant soft pastels. All students will receive a supply list in advance, enjoy the live-stream event, and receive a recording for future reference. Advanced registration required through LPAPA. Non-members $40 / $20 LOCA members.
