Notice of Annual Meetings

On February 1, 2026, at the end of the worship service, the Annual Meeting of the Congregation of the Larchmont Avenue Church, as well as the annual meeting of the Larchmont Avenue Church Corporation, will reconvene. The agenda for the congregational meeting will include, among other things, receipt of the 2025 Annual Report and the 2026 budget, as well as reviewing the updated pastoral terms of call.

In Our Prayers

  • We ask for prayers for Bob Mayo, who is recovering from a particularly bad bout with the flu. Please join us as we ask God to bless Bob with a quick rehabilitation and his wife Peg with strength and energy as she provides loving care.

  • We give thanks for the way our communities showed up for Wednesday night's Call to Action and Prayer at Congregation Kol Ami in White Plains. Led by an interfaith group of clergy, hundreds gathered to pray, sing, and advocate for unity and peace. Local officials also spoke at length about the difficult situation in Minnesota. While the troubles facing us are deep, many local congregations and faith communities are doing their best to lead with love.

Do you have a prayer request to share with our LAC community? Call our prayer line at

2026 DR Mission Trip

In less than a month, LAC will be in the Dominican Republic with Bridges to Community building a safe, sturdy, and lasting home for a local family. This year 18 of our members have signed up to go--the largest group from LAC to participate in a service trip! We are grateful to have the opportunity to serve in a practical, hands-on-way, and to be the church beyond our walls. This trip is about more than construction—it’s about connection, compassion, and showing up for our neighbors in real ways.

SAVE THE DATE!

The Church & Community Committee is putting together a special Day of Service on Saturday morning, March 7. Members, families, and friends of LAC are invited to gather in Russell Hall for a light breakfast before heading out to complete an array of hands-on projects to support our Mission Partners and assist our neighbors in need.
