The call to the Fifty-Ninth Annual Meeting of the Penn Central Conference of the United Church of Christ will convene via Zoom

Due to concerns about the coronavirus, PCC's Annual Meeting will again be online this year.

There will be two options for attending and participating: each association will have a church set up to join the Zoom meeting as a group or attendees can join the Zoom meeting individually from home. All satellite sites in associations will be following their own on-site precautions including wearing masks and social distancing.

This meeting is very important. We will be voting on changes to the Bylaws as well as board members, synod delegates and budget. Delegates are essential as we need 225 to make quorum. Tentative schedule:
8:30AM - Webinar opens
9:00AM - Meeting officially opens - Devotions, Business tasks and voting
11:30AM - Break for Lunch (bring your own picnic)
12:00PM - continued Business Tasks
12:45PM - Time of recognition & remembrance and
1:15PM - closing worship, including installation of Rev. Marisa Laviola as Associate Conference Minster (bring your own communion elements)
2:30PM - Meeting closes

Please register by June 11th for online and June 4th for in-person. Registration is $25.
Each church shall be entitled to be represented by two (2) lay delegates at least one of whom should be under 21 years of age, wherever feasible in the local situation.  
 
Churches having memberships exceeding 500 members shall be entitled to two (2) additional lay delegates for each additional 500 members or the major fraction thereof, one of whom should be under 21 years of age, if feasible.

Each church shall choose alternate delegates according to the number and age to which they are entitled.

The breakdown for membership and number of delegates therefore is: 1 to 500 members - 2 lay delegates or over 500 members - 4 lay delegates
