Happy November!

November marks the beginning of the Holiday season and with that comes all of the fun, festive celebrations marking the end of one year and the kick-off to the next. It is during this time of year that we reflect back on all of the opportunities, adventures, accomplishments and appreciation that we have

for one another and everyone that has been such an integral part of our team’s success as well as our own individual well-being.

We owe a great deal to our incredible clients, friends and family members. We very much appreciate the referrals that continue to be sent our direction from our friends and our past clients. We also could not accomplish half of what we do if it were not for the support and love that our family members lend to each of us. We know what a toll it can take on everyone with the long and irregular hours that we work. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Our team continues to be dedicated to providing the best real estate experience available in Western Colorado. As the Top Selling Team for Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties for 2020 and 2021 we have remained committed to going above and beyond to provide exceptional service for all of our clients. On Indoor Fun Around GJ

Happy November!

It’s the month of thanks, and I’m thankful to live in the beautiful Grand Valley where there is so much to see and do. The weather is also getting chillier, so I’m going to list three super fun indoor places to have the time of your life!

First up, is Get Air! Located on 715 South 7th street in Grand Junction, this place is full of high bouncing trampolines, challenging obstacle courses, trampoline dodgeball and more. This is the perfect place for birthday parties or hanging out.

Second, Banana’s Fun Park. It’s waiting for you on 2469 Riverside Parkway, in Grand Junction. 

This location has laser tag, arcade, bump-N-jumps, café, and more! This environment is great for families in both winter and summer, with an additional water play pad, bumper boats, go karts, and mini golf in the warm months.

Last, but certainly not least, is the River City Sportsplex. This is located not far from Banana’s, at 2515 Riverside Parkway, in Grand Junction. Ice skate like you’ll never skate again! The large public rink is open 12:00PM-10:00PM Mondays, 12:00PM- 11:30PM Tuesdays –Thursdays, 11:00AM-9:00PM Fridays, and 8:00AM- 9:00PM on the weekends.
