Benefits Information!

By Caleb Henry

We have some exciting news regarding our new health care provider for 2023 - Health Net. Our HR team has been working extremely hard to keep our health benefits as strong as ever and to keep the rates we all pay low. As we all know, with everything in the country increasing in price - an increase was inevitable. But, that doesn't mean we couldn't work out a tremendous deal that benefits all employees. Please view the video for all the details. Our HR team will be coming around to all the offices to go over the new open enrollment information very soon. But, if you have any questions in the meantime, please feel free to reach out to them at HR@ProTec.com.

The day is getting close and we couldn't be more excited to celebrate the unwrapping of our newly reimagined purpose and core values with everyone. The event, as all of you have seen from the invite, will be held on Friday, December 2nd from 2-4 PM. You should have all received an email invitation this week with the details of the party as well as the office location where you will be attending the event. If you didn't receive the invite, please reach out to me directly at chenry@ProTec.com. We are going to have music, food, special announcements you won't want to miss, and raffles (have to be in attendance to win)! Please join us in this great celebration - I promise you won't be disappointed!!!

Do you love Brad's children as much as we do?

By Caleb Henry

If you can answer yes to that question, please help us give these poor children a name. We are looking for the best names for both of Brad's safety children. If you haven't seen these glorious, bright flag waving children don't worry - I have included a pictures of the twins below. Please submit your name suggestions to bwright@ProTec.com and we will be selecting a winner in next week's newsletter. And, as you know winners get rewarded so there will definitely be a prize for the names selected.

Curious About The Scoring

By Caleb Henry

You are correct, Q4 Critical Number scoring looks a little different! This quarter, we’re working towards obtaining a percentage. Our goal is to hit a 93% attendance rate as a company for the quarter - meaning if 93% of us come to work on any given day, we “make” our goal for the day. With this new method of attendance tracking, we will know if we are on track every week, instead of constant guessing and having to forecast. This will also allow us to know when there are weeks when we’ll need to step it up and get everyone to work to get back on track!

If you have any questions on the scoring or the changes, please feel free to reach out! chenry@ProTec.com
