Seeking a Few Good Life Science Companies

NEW MEMBERSHIP BENEFIT: A deeply discounted day laboratory pass for Basic Business, and Associate Membership levels at $250 (the regular price is $800).

If you are seeking high-quality laboratory space outside the congestion and constraints of Boston/Cambridge, we currently offer shared lab spaces and two (2) BSL-1 and one (1) BSL-2 private lab spaces available.

In addition, we have an impressive arsenal of high-end analytical instruments—from Raman and FTIR spectroscopy to atomic force microscopy, flow cytometry, automated cell imaging, and more.

While contract laboratories perform excellent work and allow small startups to save time and (sometimes) money, in many cases, it is much more advantageous to perform the work yourself, both time-wise and financially. You don’t simply receive a report: you see how the test behaves, notice the anomalies, adjust the experiment, and develop a much better feel for what the results actually mean.

Come to our lab space, perform your own analytical work, and pay a fraction of what contract laboratories may charge—while gaining a far better understanding of your results. And now, you can even utilize our facility on a per diem basis.

Here is the partial equipment list:

See the full equipment list here.

Other amenities include a high-speed internet, large breakroom/event space with a kitchenette and a ping pong table, conference and meeting rooms, shared and private offices.

However, we are more than just a lab space. We are a community consisting of more than 60 companies.

By becoming a member, you will be a full-fledged part of Massachusetts life science community with plenty of benefits, including the membership in trade organizations, discounts for bootcamps and masterclasses, free investor-grade evaluation and placement to the investor portal for qualified companies, opportunity to participate in pitch competition, etc.

Inlet Bio is building a nonviral genetic-medicine platform designed to move therapeutic DNA through cellular barriers, reach the nucleus, and support durable activity without viral capsids or genome integration.

Agneya Biosciences leverages advanced structural biology and computational modeling to design covalent drugs focusing on isoform-specific targeting, to minimize off-target effects involving closely-related proteins.

LocusDNA is building a private workspace for molecular discovery, helping research teams design small-molecule candidates, evaluate how they interact with target proteins through computational docking, and use confirmed results to guide their next round of research. By bringing design, analysis, and collaboration into one platform, LocusDNA aims to make early-stage drug discovery more connected while keeping each organization’s research within its own private network.
