www.lspdirectory.com
We have now launched a "lspdirectory", where you can search for other facilitators in your region and organizations searching for a facilitator can find you, if you are registered. www.lspdirectory.com

This directory lists facilitators certified in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method by the Association of Master Trainers. The directory is searchable by a number of focused fields such as languages spoken or additional certifications to help you find a certified facilitator that perfectly meets your needs. There is an annual fee for being listed in the directory.

Exploring the value in the LSP method
In the May TOF Gazette we shared Alice Shipman's MBA dissertation with her research about An Exploration of the value in the LSP method

The diagram to the right captures the essence of the research and is an excellent overview of value the method can deliver on individual, team and organizational level. Alice has been kind enough to give us access to the ppx file, so you can translate the chart to other languages, if you want to use it.

Metaphors for the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method
I have begun a selection of good metaphors for the LSP method. Recently DaeHyuk Lee from The Philippines build the "airport scanner" metaphor showing how the method scans colorless people to help them discover what is behind their skin and with that knowledge transform them into colorful diverse people with tools in hand reaching for their goals. Wishing you all a Happy Holiday season and best wishes for the New Year.
