Book Study is planned for Thursday evenings at 7:30 p.m., beginning THIS week on Oct. 22, on Zoom.

Join our Co-Rector, Paul Minor, for a four-week study of the book, "Believe: Why everyone should be religious."

Do you ever wish you had more faith, but struggle to make religious belief fit with modern assumptions about the world and human life? With a rare combination of empathy, open-mindedness, and persuasive argument, New York Times columnist Ross Douthat offers a blueprint for thinking your way from doubt to belief.

Copies of the book are available at the Church for $10.00.

The Zoom link is here: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/2510883083

Classic Movie Night is Back!

Saturday, October 24 at 6:30 pm

All are invited to join us for a Classic Movie Night on Saturday, October 24 at 6:30 pm in the Bramhall Room. Pizza and movie snacks will be provided! Questions? Speak to Mike Blasik or Nancy Morrison.

Calling all gardeners! Join us in planting bulbs along the new stone wall!

Sunday, Oct. 25, after the 10 am service.

We are looking for volunteers to join us on Sunday, Oct. 25, to plant bulbs along the new stone wall bordering our parking lot. This area used to be home to many daffodils that bloomed every spring, but we disturbed them when we built the new stone wall. Join us as we work to restore that springtime joy! Dress in your garden clothes and bring your gloves and trowel.

On All Saints' Sunday, November 1 we will have our annual Stewardship Ingathering

In just a few short weeks—on All Saints’ Sunday, November 1—we will gather for our annual Stewardship Ingathering. Between now and then, we invite each of us to spend time in prayer, asking God how we are called to support All Saints’ work in the coming year.

Pledge Cards were mailed to all members. On November 1 we will invite you to come forward with everyone in your household to place your completed card on the altar. If you will be out of town, consider mailing your pledge card so we can include it on the altar with the others!

If you are new to All Saints' and feel inspired to join us in making a financial commitment for 2027, you will find additional cards on the table in the Clark Street Vestibule.

Help us spread the news ~ We are now open for registration for Wonder Wednesdays!

Half Days throughout the school year from 12:00 pm - 5:30 pm.

The first half day is November 4.

Wonder Wednesdays is a brand new program at All Saints - an after-school program for children in grades K-3 on 1/2 day Wednesdays throughout the school year. We hope All Saints' will become a place where children can unwind, connect, explore, and wonder together. Each Wednesday will include lunch, outdoor play, a Godly Play session, and plenty of opportunities for creativity, friendship, and fun. It’s a place where children can be themselves, ask big questions, and discover the wonder of God and the world around them. Shelley Erickson, the Director of the program, says, “I want Wonder Wednesdays to offer a little space for rest, peace, and joy.”

We are planning to pilot our Free Community Meals outreach this fall with a meal on Sunday, Nov. 8

~ In honor of Veteran's Day

We hope many of you will plan to join in the work (and joy) of this first Community Meal at All Saints on Sunday, November 8 at 5:30 p.m.. We need:

  • Volunteers to prepare the meal after the 10 am service on Nov. 8
  • Volunteers to help set-up for the meal at 4:00 pm on Nov. 8
  • Volunteers to welcome guests, serve the meal, and if there is space, share the meal with our guests.
  • Volunteers to clean up at the conclusion of the meal.

A sign-up sheet is in the Clark Street Vestibule.

Our hope is to begin offering these meals to the community monthly after the first of the year.

Mark your calendar!

The Bishop is coming to All Saints' on November 22!

We are excited to plan Bishop Julia Whitworth's first visitation to All Saints' in Belmont on Sunday, November 22. We will have a single service that day at 10:00 am.

After the service, we will host a reception for the Bishop, where she will spend time with the parish.

We hope everyone will come to share what it's like to be part of this community and to get to know our Bishop.
