  • Log in to WebPoint
  • Upgrade membership to full and change club affiliation from Undecided to the correct club from the drop down menu.
  • The club name is a locked field. If you choose the wrong club, you must contact the Registrar to change club affiliation.

Reference documents for using AES:

Borrowing Rules (detailed information is located on the Adult page)
If a team is playing up a level (i.e. BB team playing in an A tournament), the BB team may borrow ONE A player. In this case that player will be treated as if he or she is from another club so the team must follow all rules associated with borrowing from outside the club. (Applies to Adults only)

Important Information About Juniors Serving as CHRVA Assistant Coaches:
If you have a junior who will be serving as an assistant coach, these important guidelines must be followed:
  • The Junior must have a full season membership.
  • The Junior must be affiliated with the club they will be coaching for.
  • Since they are under 18, the Junior and Parent must complete the Code of Conduct form and scan and email it to Barb Cline.
  • The Junior must complete IMPACT certification.
  • The Junior must complete SafeSport Certification.
  • Once all these conditions are met, the Club Director emails the registrar with the Junior's Name, the Club Name, the Team Name and the registrar will add that person as an Assistant Coach to that Team Roster
  • The Junior Assistant Coach can never be by themselves with the team or act as the Head Coach. Once the Junior Assistant Coach turns 18, a background check must be completed.

Important Reminders:
  • All coaches must have current membership, background and SafeSport completed before the coach can be involved in any tryouts, practices, or placed on a roster.
  • Club Directors - make sure you have ordered uniforms with correct numbering. If you are not sure if your uniforms are valid, check the USAV uniform requirements.

Travel Policies:
USAV requires you to have a travel policy. This is the information provided by SafeSport:

  • USA Volleyball junior clubs are now required to implement a team travel policy. Each member club has the responsibility for approval and implementation of its own set of travel policies, and to provide these policies to all players, parents, coaches and other adults who will be traveling with a team.
  • A sample USAV Travel Policy template can be found under volleyballreftraining.com or by clicking here.
