We will review the state inspection report. We will discuss the top ten questions asked in class and give you a chance to “Ask the expert” your burning questions about the new food code.

N M Tourism Dept. Listening Tour

The New Mexico Tourism Department is holding a listening tour across New Mexico to assess the tourism assets in New Mexico and develop a set of strategic priorities and initiatives to grow the New Mexico tourism economy. This project will be completed in collaboration with a number of local, state and federal agencies, including the Tourism Department, as well as with other public and private partners.
