New Accountability Group to open soon.
I am opening another weekly session for my Accountability Group. Many of you have said you were interested, but could not make the Friday time slot. It’s hard to know what will work for the greatest number of people, but I’ll try. #herdingcats
About the group:
We meet weekly and I cap the group size at 6 so we all have enough time to share and contribute. We report on whether we have achieved last week’s goals, discuss the celebrations and challenges of the past week (and sometimes just vent!), and set a quantifiable goal for the next week.
I jump in with spot coaching throughout and may challenge you on your chosen goal if it is too broad or not reaching high enough.
As Solopreneurs, we frequently don’t have someone to brainstorm with or hold us accountable. We are the boss, after all, which makes it easy to slide. Don’t do that!
