August Focus - Stewardship of Energy

Hello friends,

August has a rhythm all its own. The gardens are full, the crickets are singing, and the "dog days" of summer remind us to enjoy these final weeks before another season begins.

As we recognize National Wellness Month, our August focus at Hope Grows is Stewardship of Energy, a reminder to be intentional about where we place our time, attention, and care. Sometimes wellness can be as simple as spending a few moments outdoors, connecting with someone we care about, or noticing the beauty around us.

If you're nearby, we invite you to stop by Hope Grows, enjoy the Healing Gardens, and pick up a fresh bouquet of flowers to take a little of the garden home with you or consider joining our garden party on September 25, 2026.

There is much happening at Hope Grows, and we are grateful to have you as part of our growing community.

Enjoy the remaining days of summer!

With gratitude,

Lisa Story, MSCP, LPC, CT
