Odorless, invisible, and deadly, radon is scarier than any Halloween spook. The EPA estimates that the naturally occurring gas is responsible for about 21,000 lung cancer deaths every year. The good news is that you can test for and reduce high levels of radon. Forget fighting zombies and do your part in the real-world battle against radon.
For those new to the industry, The Eastern Regional Radon Training Center at Rutgers offers the required training designed to prepare you for the National Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP), National Radon Safety Board (NRSB), and/or New Jersey state radon certification exams.
For those already certified, we also offer online courses for radon measurement and mitigation professionals to earn the continuing education hours required to maintain those certifications.
