Modern Metal Roof with Integrated Skylights

Our Sarasota team recently completed a metal roof replacement that combined durability, energy efficiency, and modern design. The project included seamlessly integrated skylights, providing increased natural light inside the home while maintaining strong weather protection.

This new metal system is built to perform in Florida’s coastal climate, offering long-term resilience and a clean, contemporary look. The added skylights enhance the home’s interior feel, creating brighter and more open living spaces.

Thank you to the Sarasota crew for delivering quality craftsmanship and a smooth project from start to finish.

"Evans Roofing did an amazing job replacing our roof, from our first call with Daniel, to the communication and coordination with onsite supervisor Jeffrey and the crew we couldn't be happier. The quality, speed and price was unbelievable. Thanks for all the hard work and for going the extra mile to make sure the site was clean, free of nails and debris after the roof was done, including both of my neighbors property."
