Dear Friend,
You may wonder how ALS of Michigan raises the money for all of our programs and services that make living with ALS easier for our pALS and their families. It is raised each and every year from scratch through private donations and fundraising events.
Some of the most successful fundraising efforts are our Family & Friends events. These are events that are hosted by others, and we reap the benefits of the hard work that so many people put into them.
There aren't enough ways to say how grateful we are to those who take time from their busy lives to help us and our ALS community.
There are already several events planned for 2020.
Please consider joining us at one, two, or all of them. It's a fun way to support our ALS community. And watch for more to come.

AMAZING TECH BREAKTHROUGHS
Have you ever tried asking Alexa to play you a song, only to forget the name of the artist halfway through your sentence? By the time you’ve remembered what you wanted to say, Alexa has stopped listening and you have to start all over again.
Frustrating, right? But imagine how much more frustrating it would be if you were one of the
7.5 million people
across the U.S. who has trouble using their voice.
