Protect Yourself This Cold & Flu Season

Cold and flu season is here, and now is the time to help protect yourself and your family.

The influenza (flu) vaccine is one of the best ways to prevent getting the flu and reduce your risk of serious illness from the flu.

Pillar Health and KCHC encourage you to stay up to date on recommended vaccines, wash your hands often, cover coughs and sneezes and stay home when you're sick.

Not sure which vaccines you need? Talk with your healthcare provider and make a plan to get vaccinated this season.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month: Early Detection Matters

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, an important reminder to take steps to protect your health.

Regular breast cancer screenings can help find cancer earlier, when treatment may be more effective.

Pillar Health and Kenosha Community Health Center encourage you to talk with your healthcare provider about your personal risk factors and when breast cancer screening may be right for you. If cost, insurance or access to care is a concern, our team can also help connect you with resources.
