Greetings!
We are thrilled to welcome you to the 25th Annual New England Holiday Craft Spectacular, taking place on November 1 & 2, 2025, at the Starland Sportsplex in Hanover, MA. You are receiving this email because you are confirmed as an exhibitor for this event. Event Location
- Starland Sportsplex: 637 Washington St., Hanover, MA 02339
Event Schedule
- Setup Hours:

Friday, October 31: 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Saturday, November 1: 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM

Sunday, November 2: Doors reopen at 8:00 AM for exhibitors.
- Please be out of the building by 7:00 PM Friday, and by 5:30 PM Saturday.
- Event Hours:

Sunday, November 2: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- All exhibitors must have their booths set up and ready to open by 9:30 AM
- Teardown:

Sunday, November 2: After 4:00 PM Important Note: Early breakdown of booths is strictly prohibited. Leaving before the event ends disrupts the shopping experience, signals to customers that the event is over, and is unfair to your fellow exhibitors. Any exhibitor breaking down early may be prohibited from participating in future events.
Check-In:
- Please check in at the Castleberry Registration Desk located inside the lower level of the facility.
- At check-in, you will receive your booth number, a 2025 exhibitor button, parking pass, and additional event details.

This is a paid admission event. All exhibitors and helpers MUST wear the 2025 Artisan button throughout the event.
Unloading
- This facility is carry/dolly-in only. Vehicles are not permitted inside the building or near the front doors.
- NO Vehicles may drive into the building.
- After unloading, please move your vehicle to designated exhibitor parking, located on the far side next to Dairy Queen.

DO NOT block doors, driveways, or fire lanes.

DO NOT park directly beside the building; this is a fire lane and must be kept open.
Booth Information
- Indoor Booths:
- Tent/canopy covers are not allowed indoors. Frames for 10x10 booths may be set up, but they must remain entirely within the assigned 10x10 space.
- DO NOT move the pipe and drape, as doing so can encroach on neighboring booth spaces and disrupt the layout.
- All booths are either 10 feet or 6 feet deep. Any space behind your booth is for electrical access and must remain clear.
- Keep the space behind your booth accessible for electrical boxes. DO NOT block access behind the pipe and drape.
- Pipe and drape (single wall) is provided in red and white.
- To protect the wood flooring:
- If you sample food, you MUST place a runner under your display.
- If using paints or other materials that may spill, you MUST place a runner under your workspace.
- If a spill occurs, notify staff immediately.
Parking:
- Exhibitor parking is located on the far side next to Dairy Queen.
- See signs on-site and display your parking pass clearly in your windshield.
- Cargo trailers must be parked in designated area, at the rear of the building.
- DO NOT block doors, driveways, or fire lanes.
- DO NOT park in handicapped spaces.
- DO NOT park in front of the building—these spaces are reserved for shoppers.
- RV Parking is extremely limited and available for pre-registered vehicles only.
Electricity:
- Electricity is available for pre-registered exhibitors only.
- Available for a fee. Up to 500 watts: $75; up to 1000 watts: $150.
- Pre-registered exhibitors can plug into outlets behind their booths or along the wall.
- Access is limited to certain locations.
- Exhibitors must supply their own grounded extension cord (3-prong).
Food & Amenities:
- Complimentary coffee and snacks will be available on Saturday morning until 9:00 AM.
- The lower level Snack Bar will be open during event hours.
- There is a cafe and restaurant upstairs.
- Outside food and drink are NOT allowed inside during event hours.

Exhibitors may bring outside food before open hours only.
Toilets:
- Located in the hallway before the main event entrance and in the lobby near the soccer field.
ATM:
- ATM is available on the lower level near the arcade and upstairs.
WI-Fi:
- WE CANNOT GUARANTEE CONNECTIVITY.
- Please plan to process transactions using your own wireless carrier or hotspot device.
Trash
- All exhibitors are responsible for removing their own garbage.
- Please dispose of all trash in designated bins and leave your space as you found it.
- Leave your space as you found it after the show.
Security:
- A security guard will arrive at 7:00 PM Friday and at show closing on Saturday. Security will stay until the building is locked. Please be out of the building by 5:30 PM Saturday.

You MUST cover/enclose your booth at closing each day.
- Security is a deterrent only. Castleberry Fairs is not responsible for any loss or damages.
Important Note to Food Vendors:
- All specialty food vendors must obtain a Temporary Health Permit from the Town of Hanover Board of Health.

Apply & pay the $50.00 fee online at the Hanover Health Department website. Here is the link. They call this a One Day Event Vendor Permit but it is good for both days.
For the past several years the permit fee was $15.00 but the Town recently increased the fee to $50.00. Once you have obtained the permit, we will credit your account $25.00 so we will be splitting the cost.
- Bring with you to the show: copies of all required health permits, ServSafe certification, allergen awareness certification, and proof that your food is made in an inspected facility.

If you sample food, place a runner under your display to protect the flooring.
