Medicaid Managed Care

Join us to learn more about enrolling for services as part of the Alliance Health Tailored Plan. We will introduce you to Alliance Health and answer your questions about the Alliance Health Tailored Plan and Tailored Care Management (TCM). The presentation will be offered in alternating English and Spanish sessions.

We want to make sure you, your family member, and our community

has a smooth transition to the Tailored Plan launching on April 1, 2023.

The presentations will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams.
