Hello!
It is easy to be drawn into the fray. Home life and work life can be stressful and competitive, rather than nurturing and collaborative. Consciously choosing a new normal is liberating, even if we can only manage to achieve it briefly. The more often we choose serenity, the easier it becomes to find it, and the strength of spirit and clarity that comes with it.
This realization is life changing, and world changing, when we come to understand that the inner peace that comes from serenity, is a wellspring from which we derive the ability to be the warrior, without being consumed by struggle.
This week's image is from Antelope Canyon, Arizona, a slot canyon, famous for beautiful formations of light and stone. This shot was taken as I was on the way back to the entrance. Here, daylight and shadow cooled the earth tones in the rocks, and created a contrast against the golden tones from the filtered light inside the canyon. Enjoy.
