2021 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
CANADIAN GOLF SUPERINTENDENTS ASSOCIATION
PROPOSED AGENDA
This is the proposed agenda for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) which will be held online on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 beginning at 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.
ONLY "VOTING MEMBERS" IN GOOD STANDING (Superintendent, Golf Course Management and Life) HAVE SPEAKING PRIVILEGES. All members in good standing are invited to attend.
Persons who are not CGSA members are not eligible to attend.
The agenda to be followed at this meeting, unless changed by resolution of the members present, will be:
- Invocation
- Introductions/Communications and Chair's Remarks
- Necrology Report
- Approval of Agenda (please submit items to the CGSA office for consideration at least ten (10) days prior to the AGM. Any item that is to be added to the agenda will require the approval of a two-thirds majority of those present at the AGM in order to be considered)
- Minutes of the previous AGM, March 3, 2020 in Ottawa, Ontario
- Report of the President
- Report of the Executive Director
- Report of the Secretary / Treasurer - Audited Financial Statements (November 2019 - October 2020) - Appointment of the Auditors for 2020
- Report of the Nominating Committee and Elections
- Announcements / Adjournment
Items related to the business of the Annual General Meeting will be made available for members prior to the meeting date. Members will be notified once posted in the appropriate area of www.golfsupers.com.
