Over three decades ago, a group of Japanese American WWII veterans set out to ensure that their remarkable story of courage, sacrifice, and service would remain an important American story.
Today, we are honored to fulfill their dream with an extraordinary new chapter and the launch of our Lighting a New Future campaign!
In early 2027, Go For Broke National Education Center will move into a 10,000-square-foot permanent home in the brand-new Go For Broke Plaza. This milestone will significantly expand our footprint in Little Tokyo and elevate our mission through:

Interactive educational programming designed to engage a new, multicultural generation

Innovative community partnerships that extend our reach to audiences unfamiliar with this vital chapter of U.S. history

State-of-the-art permanent space to anchor the veterans’ legacy through dynamic public programs, workshops, symposiums, and more.
This is a profound and transformative opportunity for our organization.
