The Zero Hunger Formula
A new global initiative and IBCircle's role in it
IBCircle Business & Technology Focus + Holiday Function · Mon, Nov 9, 2026
Join us for a very different start to the Holiday Season. Richard Lackey, Founder and Chairman of the World Food Bank, will introduce the Zero Hunger Formula — a data-driven, AI-based global initiative launching in 2027, with a goal of ending hunger worldwide. IBCircle has been appointed by the World Food Bank as the business community supporting this initiative — so our members won't just hear about it. You'll help shape it.
THE CONVERSATION
An intimate, interactive evening — not a lecture — around five questions:
- What global transformations lie ahead in agriculture, food production and supply chains?
- How can AI and data make a goal as large as Zero Hunger measurable?
- What is a realistic timeframe for this — and what has to go right?
- Where are the opportunities for business, from food and logistics to technology and finance?
- How will the IBCircle community be involved — and how can you make a global impact through it?
THE WHITE PAPER
- IBCircle members will be invited to comment on, edit and contribute to the Zero Hunger Formula White Paper — a rare chance to help shape a global initiative from the start. Not yet a member? Join before the event and your perspective can be part of it too.
