When new members join Molina Healthcare, they are not alone. During the sales presentation, agents carefully walk members through the plan's benefits and resources.
Ater enrollment, our friendly Member Concierge Team reinforces agents' steps. A Member Concierge representative gives members a welcome call to help them get comfortable with their new plan. As part of the sales presentation, brokers can schedule these welcome calls with the New Member Welcome Call Scheduling Tool.
During the call, the Concierge Team reminds and reexplains to members about their:

Food & Produce Benefits: How these benefits* work and share next steps to determine if they're eligible.

Wellness Rewards: Show how they can get rewarded for completing healthy activities.

MyMolina Tools: Show them how to use the MyMolina Portal and mobile app to access their health info anytime, anywhere.

Benefits: Walk them through everything their plan offers and show them how to take full advantage of their benefits.

Providers: Review and confirm their Primary Care Provider (PCP) and any other healthcare providers they see.

Medication Coverage: If they're taking any prescription medications, review them to educate the member on what is covered.

Nurse Practitioner: Need extra care? Help them schedule a Care Connections appointment with one of our Nurse Practitioners.
