Dark MOON time...
We are in the dark moon... cycle right now. This is the time of death... transformation... release... and letting go. This is a time to allow ourselves to descend into the underworld... to slow down... to grieve... to process... to reflect on our losses and to surrender the narratives that no longer serve us- before we begin our rise- with the new lunar cycle. This new cycle is in Taurus... which invites us to look at our self-worth... at our value... at how we are self-caring, and self-loving-- which is rooted in how much we value our time, our energy, ourselves in general. Taurus also relates to our feeling 'good', pleasure, and orienting from joy! Taurus is all about being embodied.... grounded... (earth sign) and feeling our divine dimension... in our physical reality through our bodies! ! It rules beauty, luxury, and all enjoyable things!
Taurus - Ecstatic Feminine - Feminine Soul Super-Power
Our Feminine Super-Power of the Ecstatic Feminine>> is reflected in these qualities of Taurus. This is one of the seven archetypes of our Feminine Soul that we are reclaiming through the Feminine Path. The Ecstatic Feminine is our embodiment of the blissful nature of our light, experienced through our physical form. This ecstatic essence is within our being, it is an expression of the light of our Soul felt through our senses... through our body.
As we deepen our connection with our body... and expand our relationship with our body as one of love, sacredness and honoring, we begin to deepen our embodiment with ourselves, which leads us to feeling more pleasure and joy. Many of us have shut down our feelings because of the pain and fear we have experienced in the past, but when we shut down our feeling nature, we also sever the ability to feel the 'good feelings'- we can not do one without the other. For women it hasn’t been safe to inhabit our bodies fully, because our bodies have been demonized, especially our sexuality, sensuality and feelings of pleasure. So, we have either shut down our selves, along with feelings of pleasure in our body. So, as we begin to tune in and feel our selves... the pleasant and the unpleasant... we make room for more pleasure and joy... and begin to inhabit ourselves more fully. Engaging in this process- we can re-establish our ability to orient from Joy… and let Joy guide us, rather than orienting from our habituated, internalized fear and survival patterns.

So as we align with this lunation this week, we may want to go inward during this dark moon time and explore our relationship with our Ecstatic Feminine.... reflecting on these questions...
What is your relationship to your value vs how much you value others>> opinions... ideas... worth... time... ?
How much time to dedicate to self-care and/or is there shame associated with self care practices?
Do you think it is frivolous to spend time taking care of your needs>>> emotionally, mentally, physically?
What is your relationship to self-pleasure, sensuality, sexuality?
What is your relationship to joy?
Does shame stop you from speaking your truth, or seeking more joy in your life?

During this night... we will focus on releasing, dissolving and entering the hidden realm of our underworld... what we have been holding onto... our vulnerabilities... our shadows... and allowing a space to flow... to be seen... be heard... be witnessed and transformed with love, compassion and tenderness with ourselves. We will be exploring the themes that Taurus brings us... and how these narratives affective us, while coming into greater union with our Ecstatic Feminine and theTaurus themes. Initiation and Rites of Passage
Cycles are continuously happening in our lives... especially that of women's lives. Not just the lunar cycles but many cycles and stages in our life where something ends... and something new is born. This is the ebb and flow... the descent and the ascent... the ups and down... inner and outer journeys of our lives. This year we are creating an INITIATIONS- Rites of Passage Retreat... to give ourselves 5 days in which we can focus on ourselves fully, and honor ourselves in the journey of death and rebirth, letting go of the past... while distilling the pearls of wisdom from it... and letting that wisdom set the foundation for the next evolution of our souls. We will be engaging in a process of distillation for the first couple of days... coming to terms with where we are in life, what we need to let go... what we need to grieve, and what is ready to be deconstructed within our own mind set, in order to then fully engage in our creative ascent-- and new expression of ourselves !
During these 5 days in nature, we will create a truly safe space for our growth, allowing space for us to unwind and release the conditioned narratives in the descent and then explore your expression creatively as you are nurture and nourished into deeper intimacy with yourself. We will be weaving in the Feminine Path model of 7 Attributes of the Feminine>>> Wisdom, Creativity, Healing, Love,Truth, Mystery, and Joy to further empower us.
The INITIATIONS : RITES OF PASSAGE FOR WOMEN Retreat is open for 8 women that are ready to dive deeply into the mystery of their soul... heal and embody their true Self even more. The Retreat includes individual body work, organic meals, daily group movement and individual bedrooms in a luxurious farm house setting in North Carolina- near Asheville. Besides the soul transformational practices of Conscious Feminine Medicine, sound healing and deep soul dives, we will also be engaging in creative body-mind practices of ART expression, Soul Journaling and Voice Alchemy... to activate the super-powers of our creative expression within us.
