Growing in Faith

Greetings Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

We praise the Lord for His faithfulness throughout September at CCI Cambodia! Across the country, our regular Bible classes continue steadily, with teachers and students faithfully gathering each week to study God’s Word. Their commitment encourages us as they grow spiritually and prepare to serve their churches and communities.

Last month, our "Becoming a Biblical Leader" seminar equipped pastors and ministry leaders with practical, Scripture-grounded guidance for everyday ministry. The training emphasized Christ-centered character, humility, and integrity while helping leaders share responsibilities, resolve conflicts biblically, and build healthy church teams. Participants also explored biblical approaches to sermon preparation, discipling families, and addressing the challenges facing their rural communities.

Thank you for investing in the training of pastors and ministry leaders across Cambodia. Your generosity helps make this ministry possible, supporting faithful Bible teaching and equipping leaders to serve with wisdom and love. We are grateful for your partnership as we continue this work together for God’s glory.

In Christ,

Special Prayer Request for Lim Phanny:

Flooding in Cambodia: Please pray for the provinces hit by floods. The water has damaged crops like rice, corn, and cassava. It has also made travel difficult, forcing our CCI teachers and students to pause classes for a week.
Economic Hardship: Pray for local churches struggling due to a slow economy, job losses, and low incomes.
Pailin Class: Pray for the teacher, Sothea, and the CCI class in Pailin Province, that the training runs smoothly.
Moung Ruessei Class: Pray for great success and smooth studies for the CCI class in Moung Ruessei District.
Battambang Classes: Pray for the three classes in Battambang City to grow well, run smoothly, and raise up many faithful servants for God.
New Class: Pray for wisdom and open doors as we seek new locations to launch more CCI classes.
Peace and Salvation: Pray for peace between Cambodia and Thailand—that there will be no war. Pray for justice, righteousness, and for many Cambodian hearts to turn to Jesus Christ.
Transformation by the Holy Spirit: Pray that the power of the Holy Spirit touches and transforms all 17 million people of Cambodia. Amen.
