News & Updates...

Back-to-School Night (9/11)

As we begin a new year and celebrate the first 25 years of Xavier, we encourage all families to come and meet your child’s teachers on Monday, September 11th. Your support is a key component to the success they will have here at Xavier. We look forward to seeing you!

  • Doors open at 6:30 PM so parents can stop by the Technology and Student Services "Help Desks"
  • The Saint Shop will be open before (6:30 PM - 7:00 PM) and after (until 8:45 PM)
  • A short program will take place from 7:00 PM - 7:25 PM.
  • Parents will then have an opportunity to get a feel for what their student's day is like here at Xavier as they follow their student's schedule. Each teacher will present information regarding course work, grading and homework. Teachers will provide their contact information for future communication.

Request From Mrs. Holverson

We are fortunate at Xavier to have an outstanding faculty committed to the mission of our school. In their preparation, their willingness to help outside the school day and their willingness to direct some of our spiritual and extracurricular activities, the Xavier faculty demonstrates on a daily basis their desire to provide our students with an outstanding faith-based education.

I write today to ask that you consider helping me show appreciation for all that our faculty do for the students at Xavier.

You may on occasion have tickets to local events (sporting events, concerts, etc.) that you are unable to use. If you are going to give away your tickets, I ask that you consider passing them along to me so that I may present them to staff members in thanks for all of their efforts. Many of you have done so in the past and I can tell you that our teachers have been overwhelmed by the gesture. It was a treat that many of them don’t get to experience very often.

I thank you for your continued prayerful support of Xavier. It is you who help make this a wonderful school community!

Sincerely,

Lynn Holverson, Principal

Xavier Uniform Shop - NOW OPEN

New for the 2023-2024 school year: To help alleviate fulfilment issues with Lands End dress code orders, we are launching the Xavier Uniform Shop. The Xavier Uniform Shop is currently accepting online orders. Orders are being taken on 8to18 for navy or white, short sleeved uniform shirts.

You will receive an email with details once your 8to18 order is ready for pickup. Additionally there is a limited supply of cash and carry shirts available to purchase (cash or check only) on Wednesday's only from 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM in the Saints Shop.

This is an additional option for school approved uniform polos. You are still able to purchase approved uniform apparel at Lands End as in the past.

Community Retreat Day (9/11)

The Community Retreat Day will be Monday, September 11. It will be a Community Dress Day. This is a day for communities to come together and experience different activities throughout the day, including service, prayer, and fun. Students will spend the day with their Saint Community attending games on the field, activities in the theater, LMC and Chapel. In the middle of the retreat day, the whole school will assemble to hear well-known Catholic speaker Jason Evert, founder of the Chastity Project, at 9:45 AM in the gym. All are welcome! Jason will touch on many topics pertaining to chastity, and throughout the next few weeks, teachers and students will continue to process the fruitful teachings of the Church surrounding identity and sexuality.

For more information and resources, you can visit The Chastity Project, and for questions, you can contact Campus Ministry, lilly.boenker@xaviersaints.org.
