Cang is widely recognized as one of the most accomplished legal professionals in the HOA industry, with a strong background in homeowner association legal matters and maintenance issues. As a former partner at leading industry law firms, he has represented hundreds of homeowners associations, successfully litigated complex cases, including maintenance and construction defect disputes, and provided strategic legal guidance on HOA duties and compliance. His career includes extensive litigation, court of appeals, mentoring attorneys, training community managers, and working closely with management companies and other industry leaders to set high standards for quality and accountability.

Beyond his professional achievements, Cang is a devoted family man who married his high school sweetheart. He cherishes spending quality time with his wife and their three daughters.
