Welcome to the summer edition of The Beat!

The summer market enters on the heels of an exceptional spring season. While activity typically slows during the warmer months, strong buyer demand, limited inventory, and stable home values continue to support the market. As sellers prepare for the late summer and fall selling season, we’re optimistic about the opportunities that lie ahead for the remainder of 2026.
