We continue to encourage, while there are no current State of Hawaii or County of Kauai COVID-19 policies, recommendations or restrictions in place, when indoors or around larger groups, consider masking and any food or refreshment services be individually wrapped.
PROJECT/EVENTS FOR JULY
Via Zoom:
Tax Reduction Strategies for the Real Estate Professional - sponsored by Bradford Tax Solutions was well attended, fielding nearly 30 participants and we received good feedback of the content shared and how informative the class was.
First Time Home Buyers - sponsored by Hawaii HomeOwnership Center fielded under 10 participants. This proved to be a very valuable class even though the attendance was lower. KBR will continue to provide Educational Courses or Events to continue to support and educate First Time Home Buyers.
