Join us in giving thanks for two incredible leaders who have dedicated decades of faithful service to our KML family!
 

Rev. Randy Hughes – Retiring at the End of the School Year


After 34 years at KML and 39 years in gospel ministry, Pastor Hughes will officially retire at the end of this school year. Having served as Dean, Pastor of Student Life, and Campus Pastor, God has used him in countless ways to shape our culture and mentor generations of students. In his time at KML, his impact was felt in many ways including initiated KML mission trips, starting the student mentorship program, empowering student leadership by expanding the role of Student Council, and launching the beloved 12 Days of Christmas tradition.


May God be with Pastor Hughes as he transitions to this next phase of his life in Christ!
 
 

Mr. Jerry Zeamer – Transitioning to Serving Only as Director of Admissions


Now in his 28th year of service at KML and 32nd year in ministry, Mr. Zeamer will be retiring from the classroom at the end of the current school year to serve strictly as our Director of Admissions. While we will greatly miss his presence as a teacher, we are thrilled that he will continue connecting with prospective students and families to share the mission of KML!

Thank you to everyone who helped make the 2026 KML Legacy Foundation Clay Shoot on September 12 at Mayville Gun Club such a wonderful success! We are grateful for each participant, sponsor, donor, and volunteer who contributed to a fun and meaningful day.


Together you helped raise more than $15,800 for the KML Legacy Foundation Sportsman Fund which provides ongoing support for KML’s student assistance program. Your generosity helps make a Christ-centered KML education possible for students and families and is a wonderful example of our KML community coming together in support of our mission.

Free Estate Planning Night - Wednesday, October 21

Planning for the future is one of the greatest gifts you can give your loved ones—and an opportunity to leave a lasting legacy of faith.


Join the KML Legacy Foundation for a FREE Estate Planning Night on Wednesday, October 21, in the KML Legacy Foundation Fieldhouse Atrium. Light refreshments begin at 5:30 PM, followed by the presentation from 6:00-7:00 PM.


Local estate planning attorney and KML alumnus David Streese will provide practical guidance on wills, powers of attorney, probate, trusts, common estate planning mistakes, and more. The evening will conclude with an open Q&A.


Registration deadline: Wednesday, October 14.
