Consecration Sunday, October 25!

Dear Friend in Christ,

Sunday, October 25, is Consecration Sunday at Christ Church.

We have all been on a path of spiritual growth and discernment concerning the mission and ministries of Christ Church that we share in Jesus's name during these last few weeks, and this spiritual journey will conclude with two special events on Consecration Sunday: Sunday morning masses and the Celebration Luncheon that will follow the 11:00 a. m. Mass.

This Celebration Luncheon will be a catered meal, so we need a reservation for each person. If you have not finalized plans to attend mass and the Luncheon, we encourage you to do so today.

Our goal is to have every member and regular worship attendee present. If you have not made a reservation, we'll circulate reservation cards at both masses tomorrow, Sunday, October 18. If you are unable to be at mass tomorrow, please let us know that you will be present for Consecration Sunday on October 25 by emailing the parish office (ccmail@christchurchnh.org) or phoning on 203-865-6354 and leaving a message.

(If you will be at the 8:45 Mass on Consecration Sunday, there will be a time to make your committment then. We encourage you however to register and come back for the luncheon at 12:30 p.m.)

The effectiveness of Christ Church’s mission and ministries next year depends on your dedication.

We look forward to the fellowship of Eucharist and lunch with you on October 25. And if you live away from Connecticut be assured we will follow up with you after the luncheon.

Yours faithfully in Christ,

(the Rev'd) Stephen C. Holton
