WE ARE LOOKING TO FORM TEAMS

TO ENTER THE ELTHAM/DANDENONG

JUNIOR BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT

HELD BETWEEN 26th and 29th of JANUARY

The Eltham/Dandenong Tournament is held every January holidays just before school resumes. The tournament is designed predominately for junior rep teams but also accepts teams from domestic clubs and basketball programs such as our own.

This tournament presents a great opportunity for players and their teams to experience basketball at a higher level than they normally

wouldn't play. For players who have been unsuccessful in making a rep squad

themselves, or are interested in joining one in the future this is a great way to test out their capabilities for that level of basketball

It's also a great way for teams to prepare for any domestic season that may follow. Finally, these tournaments are a great way for players and their coaches to bond with several games condensed over a few days with team events in between.

The tournament is open for boys and girls teams in the u12. U14, U16 and U18 age groups.

Costs for the tournament are:-

• $100 team registration fee + $62.50/player fee (at the time of player registration) and $300.00 for the team coach for the four days
• For a team of 8 players, this equates to $113.00 per player
• For a team of 7 players, this equates to $120.00 per player

It's also worth noting that players from other clubs, who would be interested in playing with a BMBA team in this tournament are more than welcome to do so where space is available. We are also happy to welcome new BMBA participants to our via this tournament.

So feel free to spread the word!
