Athena Brass Featured at the 2026 CMEA Conference

We’re thrilled to welcome Athena Brass as the featured ensemble for our Wednesday evening performance at the 2026 CMEA Conference. This outstanding all-female brass ensemble brings artistry, power, and a dynamic musical voice to the stage—an opening performance guaranteed to energize the entire conference.

In addition to their headline appearance, Athena Brass will lead a masterclass for Tri-M students, offering young musicians the rare opportunity to learn directly from professional brass performers. They will also present an informative clinic for the Instrumental Council, providing Colorado’s instrumental educators with practical insight, pedagogical tools, and fresh approaches to ensemble teaching.

Make sure your Wednesday evening is wide open—this is a performance and set of sessions you won’t want to miss.
