Staff members and employees of SOAR365 once again represented the organization at SourceAmerica’s Grassroots Advocacy Conference this year. Chris Anderson and Leroy Stanford had the opportunity to share their stories and provide personal examples of how effective policy can shape employment opportunities and social and economic inclusion for people with disabilities.

Developmental Services Specialist

Provide Developmental Services, as outlined by Virginia's Part C system, the Infant and Toddler Connection of Virginia. Provides Agency with developmental services, support and education, to families enrolled in Infant and Child Development Services (ICDS), a program of SOAR365, using a family centered approach. You must be certified by the Infant & Toddler Connection of Virginia to be considered for this position.

Director, Day Services and Case Management

Responsible for all SOAR365 Adult Day and Youth Services programs, staff, and program activities, as well as Case Management services. You will work closely with Community Service Boards and families to ensure we are meeting the needs of the community.

Supported Employment Specialist (Job Coach)

Provide Supported Employment Supports to persons with disabilities who are referred to the Supported Employment Team at SOAR365. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and implementing employment support.
