What's Working

Amplifying WorkOhio

In late January, Lt. Governor Jim Tressel visited MAGNET, leader of the Northeast Ohio Regional Hub to amplify WorkOhio.gov, a connection to coaching, services and opportunities for job seekers.

Greater Cleveland Works is one of the organizations serving as a community connector for the Northeast Ohio Regional Hub to assist job seekers in finding job and training opportunities along with supportive services.

Working With ...

Ayana Dickerson, Work Experience Navigator

In this month's Working With video, we sit down with Ayana Dickerson, a Work Experience Navigator at the OhioMeansJobs Cleveland-Cuyahoga Center where she assists job seekers with their job search, getting connected with training opportunities and more. She offers a glimpse into her day-to-day work and shares what inspires her.

Around Town

Relay Cleveland

Our Greater Cleveland Works team had the opportunity to visit the Relay Cleveland exhibition at the beautiful Cleveland Public Library main branch. It was both moving and informative. We hope you'll check it out too and consider anew the ways in which the educational inequities and the journey presented in the exhibit have impacted workforce development today.
