ATMIA Asia Pacific Regional
Discussion Forum

To strengthen collaboration and information sharing across the Asia Pacific region, ATMIA is establishing the Asia Pacific Regional Discussion Forum. This forum is open to all current ATMIA members who are based in, or conduct business within, the Asia Pacific region.

We invite you to join our inaugural meeting on Wednesday, 29 July at 9:00 am AEST.

The purpose of this forum is to provide a platform for members to discuss the current state of the ATM and cash ecosystem across the region, share market insights, identify emerging trends, and address challenges affecting our industry. Through open discussion and collaboration, we aim to better understand regional priorities and identify opportunities for ATMIA to support members and advocate on issues of importance.

Topics may include:

  • Current market conditions and industry trends
  • Cash access and cash usage developments
  • Regulatory and compliance challenges
  • ATM security and fraud concerns
  • Technology innovations and modernization initiatives
  • Operational and business challenges facing industry participants
  • Other issues identified by members

We encourage participation from all sectors of the ATM and cash industry, including financial institutions, independent deployers, cash service providers, manufacturers, network operators, security providers, and other industry stakeholders.

Our meeting platform will be Microsoft Teams.

We look forward to your participation and to hearing your perspectives on the opportunities and challenges shaping the Asia Pacific region.

Coming in 2027: A Simpler Membership Renewal Process

As part of our integration with ePayResources, we're making an important update to the ATMIA membership renewal process—one designed to create a simpler, more consistent experience for our members.

Beginning in January 2027, all ATMIA memberships will renew on January 31, replacing individual anniversary renewal dates.

To make this transition, some members may receive a prorated renewal that aligns their membership with the new renewal schedule. Before your renewal, your organization's primary and billing contacts will receive detailed information outlining any prorated dues, available renewal options, and next steps.

This change also paves the way for exciting new member benefits. We're developing enhanced membership options that combine the strengths of ATMIA and ePayResources, giving members expanded access to education, advocacy, industry insights,

networking opportunities, and valuable resources.

This is the first of several updates we'll share as we prepare for the transition. We'll provide everything you need to ensure a smooth renewal process and keep you informed every step of the way.

If you have questions, please contact the ATMIA Membership Team at 800-475-0585 ext. 1705 or membership@atmia.com.
