🌱 SMALL BUT MIGHTY...ROOTED WILLOW GARDEN IS JOINING US THIS SATURDAY!

We’re excited to welcome back Rooted Willow Garden to our first Extended Season Market this Saturday!

Microgreens may be tiny, but they can pack a nutritional punch, providing vitamins, minerals and beneficial plant compounds in a little bundle of fresh flavor. Rooted Willow Garden grows their microgreens with care, and they’re a delicious way to add a fresh-from-the-garden boost to salads, sandwiches, wraps and so much more.

And this Saturday, they’ll have something extra special in their baskets! ✨ Limited quantities of edible marigolds and turmeric leaves will be available alongside their regular variety of microgreens.

🌼 Edible marigolds can add more than a beautiful pop of color to your plate. Their petals contain antioxidants and have a slightly citrusy, peppery flavor that makes them a fun addition to salads, desserts and other dishes.

🌿 Turmeric leaves are aromatic and flavorful, with the fresh, earthy character of turmeric. They’re traditionally used in cooking to add fragrance and flavor to dishes and can be used in a variety of recipes.
