We are thrilled to welcome 7 amazing new counseling interns for the upcoming school year! They will be working alongside our staff to support students with social, emotional, and academic skills. The Winston School is a coveted intern site for Alliant International University counseling program students, led by our longtime Counseling Supervisor, Dr. Ian Schere. They are bringing knowledge, excitement, and warmth to the Winston team, and we couldn't be more grateful!
New counselors: Adia Fadaei (Ms. Adia), Shira Joshua (Ms. Shira), Aliyah Lanier (Ms. Aliyah), Mariana Airola (Ms. Mariana), Stephanie Rowsell (Stephanie). Samantha and Mars will be starting in July. This year, we also welcome back Sarah and Joelle for a second year.

Get ready for an action-packed summer! Our Summer Athletics Program offers students the perfect blend of fun, fitness, and friendship. Students will be engaged in a football skills program to learn new skills, build confidence, and stay active under the guidance of experienced coaches.

Join Us for the Student Showcase!
The Winston Student Art Showcase will be on display in the Exhibit Hall from June 11 to July 6 (closed on Mondays and Tuesdays). We invite you to stop by and enjoy the incredible artwork created by our students.
Please note: Fair admission is required for all guests except the student who entered the Showcase.
| 🏃➡️ Running with purpose: On Saturday, June 21st, the Samuel Lawrence Foundation led a 3.6-mile run to raise awareness about 3.6 million pounds of nuclear waste stored at San Onofre. More than just a run, it was a wake-up call for coastal safety and environmental responsibility. |
⛳ The 23rd Annual Point Loma Charity Club Golf Classic, in support of local children’s charities, returns on August 8, 2025, at the beautiful Coronado Golf Course. This annual tradition brings together community members, sponsors, and golf enthusiasts for friendly competition and meaningful impact.
