Project Update: Beach View Park Improvements

Notice Date: Monday, October 5, 2026

What's Happening?

Work on the Beach View Park improvement project continues to progress. The contractor has now completed installation of the new playground and exercise equipment. Remaining work includes installing irrigation lines, fencing around the playground, sidewalks and additional landscape enhancements.

For the safety of residents and visitors, the park will remain closed for the duration of the construction phase. Temporary fencing and signage will be in place to secure the site until all improvements are completed.

Please note that the shade structure is not shown in the renderings, as the project will use the existing structure.
