Agencies are eligible to receive 2 devices. If you would like to swap one or more of your current devices with a different kind or request accessories, please indicate your preference using this form. Supplies are limited and requests will be fulfilled on a first-come, first serve basis.

MONTHLY FOCUS: Early MCI Adoption Awards

If you're receiving this newsletter your pantry was one of the first 40 MANNA partners to adopt MCI. We are so grateful for your work to get MCI off the ground and gather critical information from neighbors, which will help us to improve hunger relief efforts across WNC. As a thank you, we are excited to offer two tiers of financial awards, totaling $1,500 for each pantry.

If your pantry has completed MCI training on or before January 20, 2026:

$500 award

Once your pantry has collected 6 months of data through MCI :

$1000 award

These funds will be distributed via check. We will process awards monthly, with the first batch going out late February/early March. These funds are intended to support your pantry - food purchasing, internet service, etc. No reporting is necessary after receiving these funds.

We're excited to be able to offer this incentive as a thank you for the work that you are doing in partnership with MANNA for our community!

Reminders

SNAP materials are available on the shopping list in P2. These are great to have available during intake and distribute to neighbors that may be eligible for SNAP or would like help with their application.

If for some reason you are unable to complete live intake in MCI, you can always back-date entries to ensure all of your neighbors and visits have been captured. Click here for instructions on back-dating entries .

Feeding America Updates + Bug Fixes

Bug Fixes

Many households that met the Duplicate Scoring Algorithm's 40% user-initiated match threshold or 50% automated match threshold did not appear in the Duplicate Management tool. This issue has been resolved. Feeding America is reprocessing impacted records, so users may observe an increase in Potential Duplicates.
