Reserve Your Ad Space in the Official North Lake Tahoe Visitor Guide

The official North Lake Tahoe Visitor Guide is a go-to resource for visitors to find information on lodging, dining, recreational activities, area maps, and more. Each year, 60,000 copies are distributed to popular visitor hubs throughout the Tahoe Basin and surrounding areas, regional hotels, and the Reno-Tahoe International Airport. The visitor guide is also promoted through @LakeTahoeTravel social channels and includes a digital version on LakeTahoeTravel.com. The Visitor Guide is an ideal way to drive traffic to your business! The ad space deadline is April 17, and North Tahoe Chamber members will receive a $200 discount.

Get Featured in "The Deep Dive" Campaign

Lake Tahoe Travel’s social series, The Deep Dive, is looking for stories that highlight what makes our region—and your business—unique.

Retail shops, restaurants, wineries, and other local businesses can participate by sharing behind-the-scenes looks, signature experiences, or special events tied to upcoming themes: Hiking (April–May), Wine (May), and Golf (June).

For example, a local wine shop might showcase a tasting event featuring small-batch regional vineyards, or a café could highlight a “trail-ready” picnic menu for hikers. It’s a chance to showcase your offerings, connect with visitors and locals, and be part of the story that makes Lake Tahoe unforgettable.

TBID Funding Brings 48 Events to Tahoe in 2026

Through TBID funding, North Tahoe is set for an exciting year of events! From local favorites like the Made in Tahoe Festival and Tahoe City Food & Wine Classic to returning hits like the Tahoe Film Fest and Alpenglow Sports Winter Speaker Series, 48 events—12 ongoing—will bring culture, recreation, and community connection to the region.

A total of $660,000 in sponsorships, recommended by the volunteer Business and Chamber Advisory Committee, supports these experiences that boost local businesses and help our community thrive.

Upcoming Mixer

Join the North Tahoe Chamber on Thursday, April 9 from 4-6 pm at Spindleshanks Restaurant in Kings Beach. We are thrilled to co-host this month’s mixer with North Tahoe Arts, where creativity meets community. With galleries in Tahoe City and Kings Beach, they showcase over 30 local artists in painting, photography, jewelry, fiber art, glass, ceramics, and more. Meet artists, see artwork on display, and create your own piece at their art station. Live music sets the atmosphere, and weather permitting, we’ll enjoy the outdoor space.

Upcoming Power Lunch

Join us Tuesday, April 28 from 12-1:30pm at CB’s Bistro in Carnelian Bay for our next North Tahoe Chamber Power Lunch with Cris Valerio of Main Street Operator. Enjoy lunch and an engaging session, “Scale Without Breaking: A Framework for Knowing Where AI Fits Your Business,” where Cris will show how small businesses can thoughtfully leverage AI to grow without adding unnecessary complexity.
