PAYMENT FOR LEADS - NON REGISTERED 3RD PARTY
Registrants are only able to pay a service fee to a lead generation company (for providing names of potential clients) if the applicable service fee is payable regardless of whether or not the lead results in the furtherance of a trade. The lead generation company cannot be paid a portion of commission for successful transactions.
