Quarter 4 Student Report Cards
Student grades for the 4th Quarter were made available Friday, June 3. They are temporarily available in the PowerSchool parent portal for you to view your students' report card(s).

2022-23 Consumable Books and Grade-Level Supply Lists | |
The 2022-23 "Classics to Keep" consumable book List and grade-level supply lists are now available on our website! Use the "Book & Supply Lists" Link under "Academics" on our website or follow the link below to learn more!

EduKit Supply Kits Now Available
This year, parents have the option to order supplies via the EduKit Supply Kit program. Kits include the exact colors, quantities, and brands teachers are requesting in a personalized box ready for your child. Your student’s order will be delivered to your home prior to the first day of school. Simply place your order by June 15, 2022 to have all your child’s necessary supplies. Extended ordering is available from June 16 – July 4 for an additional fee and will be delivered to your home shortly before school begins.

Barnes & Noble Book Fair - June 4-12
The Barnes and Noble bookstore on Litchfield Road will be hosting a series of Book Fairs throughout the year. During this time, they will have tables set up in the store with consumable books for each of our grade levels. If you choose to purchase your consumables elsewhere, please be sure the ISBN number matches the approved book list. You can also order books from Barnes and Noble online at www.barnesandnoble.com.

Archway Trivium Summer Reading Challenge | |
Archway Trivium West is sponsoring a Summer Reading Challenge for Kindergarten through Fourth Graders. This is not a mandatory program and participation is not required, we just want to promote a fun way to encourage reading over summer! We will have a reading celebration for the participants with popsicles and an extra recess sometime during the first quarter of 2022-23 school year. Reading logs have been sent home with all scholars this week.

Co-ed Basketball Camp for Incoming 5th-8th Grades
Coach Thomas, our 6th grade PE teacher and basketball coach invites you to attend a Coed Summer Basketball Camp!
This camp will be focused on a positive experience in the fundamentals of basketball from beginner to intermediate skills. Boys and girls that will be in 5th-8th grades in the 22-23 school year are welcome to join!
The camp runs Tuesday-Friday, from June 14 - July 1, 2022 from 12:30-2:30PM in the Trivium Prep gym. You can register for partial weeks or for the entire camp (with a big discount for the full camp). You can pay in advance or pay by check or cash at the door.

Volunteer Clearance for the 22-23 School Year | |
Volunteers who currently have Raptor clearance can begin registering now to continue volunteering next year. You should receive an email from Raptor as a reminder prompting you to reapply.
New volunteers for next year who do not have current Raptor clearance should wait until July 1 or after to apply for the 22-23 school year.

Save the Date for the Great Hearts Gala! | Save the Date! The Great Hearts Gala is on September 24, 2022 at Chateau Luxe. Funds raised at the event support our outstanding faculty and the Teacher Excellence Fund. We are seeking auction items for the Great Hearts Gala. Sponsorships start at $7,500 and are available now, and tickets will go on sale on August 1st. Funds raised at the Gala directly support our teachers. Opt in for Important GH and Trivium Text Messages
Parents and Guardians can take advantage of Great Hearts Text Messaging Service. Our school utilizes the SchoolMessenger system to deliver text messages straight to your mobile phone with important information about events, school closings, safety alerts, and more.
You can participate in this free service just by sending a text message of "Y" or "Yes" to our school's short code number, 67587. You can also opt out of these messages at any time by simply replying to one of our messages with "Stop".
