Q4 SPOTLIGHT

What Do You Want Your Wealth to

Make Possible?

As the year comes to a close, it’s worth asking whether your wealth is still supporting the life you want to live.

A lot can change in a year. Priorities shift. Families grow. Careers evolve. Businesses change. What felt important twelve months ago may not be what matters most now. That makes year-end a useful time to look at more than balances, returns, and deadlines. It’s a chance to look at the bigger picture.

What do you want more of next year? More time. More flexibility. More confidence around retirement. More room to give. More freedom to make a career change. More margin in your business. More certainty that the decisions you’re making today still support where you want to go.

That answer can help shape the financial conversations worth having now.

Maybe there’s a decision you’ve been putting off. Maybe your family or business has changed. Maybe your estate plan needs another look. Maybe you want to revisit how you’re giving, investing, saving, or preparing for retirement.

Sometimes the most valuable question at year-end isn’t, “What should I do before December 31?”

It’s, “What do I want my wealth to make possible next?”.

Year-End Conversations Worth Having

The final months of the year tend to move quickly. Between holidays, travel, family plans, and year-end deadlines, important finanncial conversations can easily get pushed into January.

A few are worth having before the calendar turns.

  • Taxes - Realized gains or losses, charitable giving, and decisions tied to a December 31st deadline.

  • Retirement - Contributions, required distributions, and any changes to your income needs.

  • Estate planning - Beneficiaries, trusts, or documents that no longer reflect your current wishes.

  • Looking ahead - A move, retirement, business transition, large purchse, inheritance, or another major life change.

A Year of Opportunity

As we head into the holiday season, we’ve been reflecting on how much has already happened this year.

We’ve welcomed new people to our team, stepped into new opportunities, and found new ways to bring people together. We’ve hosted community events, tried different things in new spaces, and built relationships that extend beyond the office.

We’re grateful for the clients who continue to trust us, the professional partners who collaborate with us, and the people in our community who show up, share ideas, and create meaningful conversations.

We’re also grateful for what comes from trying something different. This year has given us the opportunity to step outside the office and into rooms that challenge us to think bigger.

As our team grows and evolves, so do the ways we support one another and the people we serve. Every new experience adds something valuable to how we think, collaborate, and serve—and we can’t wait to see what else 2026 has in store.
