Join the Cape Cod Climate Change Collaborative to kick off its 2022 Climate Conversations series with local climate action leaders from across the region.

Hosted by Rich Delaney, President of the Climate Collaborative, and moderated by former Massachusetts Senator Rob O’Leary, the event features four regional climate activists — from Aquinnah, Chatham, Falmouth, and Truro — who will share stories about:

  • How they got started…and why
  • Effective organizing strategies (from experts and novices alike!)
  • What worked, what didn’t, lessons learned, accomplishments large and small
  • Working with and connecting with citizen climate groups, municipal committees, elected officials, businesses, and nonprofits
  • Connecting with other citizen activists in your town…and the region
  • Resources to help move the climate needle in your community

Panelists include:

  • Rosemary Carey, Falmouth Climate Action Network, Falmouth Energy Committee
  • Carol Harris, Truro Climate Action Committee, Outer Cape Climate & Energy Committee
  • Noli Taylor, Island Climate Action Network, Aquinnah Climate & Energy Committee
  • Janet Williams, Chatham Climate Action Network

The moderated panel discussion will be followed by a Q&A and a wrap-up by Fran Schofield, vice president of the Climate Collaborative's board of directors.

Join us! Get inspired! Get organized! Get active!
And help us spread the word!
