It's Tax Season!

Put your refund to work!

It's officially tax season with W-2s coming your way. To file your federal taxes for free, you can always use one of the free IRS-approved tax websites like freetaxusa.com.

Philadelphia Homeowners: Get real estate tax assistance.

If you're getting a tax refund, it's a great opportunity to put a little extra cash away for the future, including buying your first home.

We recommend using your tax refund to first pay off debts, especially credit card debt with high interest rates.

If you don't have debt and can just save the money, put it in a high yield savings account! That way your money will grow without you doing a thing. If you're eligible, consider putting it in an Individual Development Account (IDA) which will match your savings contributions to help you purchase a home.
