What will be required for masks?


• In accordance with CDC guidance, fully vaccinated employees and independent contractors will no longer be required to wear masks in the office, but employees and independent contractors that have not been vaccinated should continue to wear masks except when seated at their work space. We will not be tracking vaccinations, so it is up to you to wear a mask if you have not been vaccinated.


• Everyone should feel comfortable wearing masks whether they have been vaccinated or not.
The COVID-19 PAN form is no longer required as of July 1st.

The Seller can still require masks to be worn in their home if they wish.
Buyer Matching Feature
"Buyer Matching" is one of the most useful columns on Listing Discovery. Based on basic search criteria (beds, baths, price range, etc.) that have been saved by leads registered in your database, leads will be matched with listings showing up on Listing Discovery. In other words, the leads found in "Buyer Matching" are those that would be a good fit for that property based on their search criteria in their lead profile. Read more here.
