Fashion and food are perhaps the two things Italy is most famous for and Cristina has had a career in both, but her passion for food finally won out. Since her first professional food dabbling, she now coordinates a network of unique, authentic home-restaurants throughout Italy. At the same time she organizes cooking shows in Italy, the U.S. and Japan (much of which focuses on healthy eating for children). In 2015 Cristina founded ItalyFoodNest, a cultural association promoting the “made in Italy’ food experience in its many expressions, history and culture.
